Conductive Sensor Probes

These probes are widely used for domestic pumping automation applications. One set of probe consists of 4 nos. of probes having different length & colour of wires. The length of wires has been designed considering 5000 litres plastic tank.

The details of sensor wire is as under:

1. Length of Reference (negative) wire - 1200mm
2. Length of Bottom wire - 900mm
3. Length of Middle wire - 600mm
4. Length of Top wire - 300mm
5. Material of Probe - SS 304 / SS 316 / SS 316L
6. Wire - 1.0 sq.mm (multi strands, PVC coated)
7. SS probe connected with wire duly Plastic (PP) moulded for isolating the wire joint from any liquid contact.
8. Dimn. Of probe - 8.0 x 30mm with pointed ends

Magnetic Float Ball

Magnetic Floats are widely used in industrial pumping automation applications.
Some of its applications is as follows:

1. Water and aqueous liquids

5. Alkalis
6. Organic & Inorganic solvents

Solenoid Valve

A solenoid consists of a coil surrounding a moveable iron core which is pulled to the operating position with respect to the coil when the coil is energized. Thus a solenoid is an electromagnetic mechanical transducer which converts an electrical signal into a mechanical output force.
